How it all began
First came love...
From the beginning, Alexis and Megan were destined for greatness, especailly with each other! Their friendship started in Washington, DC where they met working in hotels. After many glasses of wine and cheese plates later, Megan decided she was going to make the decision of a lifetime and move to Nashville, TN to pursue her dreams of true love and career #goals.
Shortly after, Alexis followed because her FOMO of a good time was too much to bare. Together they took on Nashville and haven't looked back since!
Then came marriage...

Megan has always had a love for all things southern. Growing up in Texas, “Y’all” is naturally a part of her daily vocabulary and country music is the only thing you will hear on the radio. She loves to entertain and wanted to find a way to turn that into a career. Megan ended up in Washington, DC where she attended George Mason University with a concentration in Hospitality Management. While there, she worked in many capacities planning high profile events and was able to build a successful career, doing what she loves! It was there, that she met the love of her life, Daniel.
While being in Nashville, Megan has worked for high end venues including the Omni Nashville Hotel and Belle Meade Country Club where she has planned and coordinated hundreds of events including both social and corporate functions. Her scope includes galas, weddings, corporate conferences, holiday parties, you name it! With her extensive event planning background and her love for all things Nashville, she wants to help you enjoy everything the city has to offer without you having to stress over the details!
Megan's favorite thing about Nashville? COUNTRY MUSIC, DUH!

Alexis studied hospitality management at Penn State, where she mastered the art of tailgating. After college, Alexis moved to Washington, DC where she met Megan, and the rest is history.
A Jersey Girl by blood but a Nashvillian at heart, Alexis fell in love with this beautiful city after her best friend, Megan Simpson convinced her to move there in 2015. After nearly a decade of event planning experience working across various industries (catering, hotels, sports & media), she is the ultimate event planner whose specialty is customer service. Now a resident of Scottsdale, AZ, it is time for her to take this party to the West Coast!.

615 Event Co is the brain child of two best friends, dedicated to making sure that everyone has as much fun in Nashville as they do. Whether it is a bachelor(ette) party, anniversary weekend or a group of gals ready for the ultimate GNO, Alexis & Megan are ready to do all the heavy lifting, so the only workout you need to worry about is those 9 oz curls.
